24department shall issue a certificate license to each individual who is certified
25licensed under this subchapter.

2other than temporary certificates licenses granted under s. 448.80, are specified
3under s. 440.08 (2) (a). Renewal applications shall be submitted to the department
4on a form provided by the department and shall include the renewal fee specified in
5s. 440.08 (2) (a).

72007 Wisconsin Act .... (this act), is repealed and recreated to read:

9dietitian on the effective date of this act.
Notwithstanding section 448.78 (3) to (5) of
10the statutes, as affected by this act, no later than the first day of the 7th month
11beginning after the effective date of this paragraph, the dietetics and nutrition care
12services affiliated credentialing board shall grant a license under section 448.78 of
13the statutes to a person who, on the the effective date of this act, held a valid
14certificate as a dietitian granted by the dietitians affiliated credentialing board.
AB742,18,2315 (b) Persons registered as a registered dietitian with the American Dietetic
16Association on the effective date of this act.
Notwithstanding section 448.78 (3) to (5)
17of the statutes, as affected by this act, the dietetics and nutrition care services
18affiliated credentialing board shall grant a license under section 448.78 of the
19statutes to a person who no later than the first day of the 13th month beginning after
20the effective date of this paragraph provides sufficient evidence to the dietetics and
21nutrition care services affiliated credentialing board that the person was registered
22as a registered dietitian with the commission on dietetic registration of the American
23Dietetic Association on the effective date of this act.
AB742, s. 63 24Section 63. Effective dates. This act takes effect on the day after publication,
25except as follows:

1(1) The repeal and recreation of sections 440.08 (2) (a) 27m. and 448.86 (2) of
2the statutes takes effect on July 1, 2009.
